PCB Board Copying Direct Current

In the process of pcb board copying, Direct current’s revert flow will fill of the whole conductor but alternative current won’t do that. The current with minimum resistance means the area where there is capped by the magnetic field generated by the relative conductors with same direction current flow when pcb board copying, that is also the reason why these two current flow will start to close each other when they inside the conductors. Since the guide tracks on the reflow surface being attract by the guide tracks from the opposite direction.

Designer has to pay attention in this point, the plane we hereby talk about its reflow surface, not the grounding plane, because the reflow signal occasionally will go through the grounding plane to transmit or go through the power supply plane when pcb board copying. No matter from which surface, as long as the reflow signal can be transmitted, it will be viewed as the reflow plane.

Reflow Plane’s current density will decrease swiftly accompany with the increasing distance among the signal route edge:

IRP stands for the current density running on route level distance on the reference plane when pcb board copying;

I stands for the signal current;

H stands for the route which used for takeover the output signal and the distance between reference planes;

D stands for the oriental distance between routes which used for signal overload;
