It is quite important to layout the power supply wave filtering and decoupling capacitor, generally in the schematic diagram only several power supply wave filtering or decoupling capacitor, but didn’t specify where is their source.

As a matter of fact these capacitors are all installed by switch components (door circuit) or other components which are required to use wave filtering / decoupling, so these components must be as close to these components as they can, it won’t have any effect if their distance is too far away from each other. The funny thing is if their layout of power supply wave filtering / decoupling capacitor are all rational, then the groundling issue won’t be very obviously especially in multilayer pcb card cloning.

The tracks must be as wide as possible, and there is a rule about the layout is these tracks shouldn’t too thin; and track with high pressure and high frequency must as smooth as possible without any sharp chamfer, and there should be no right angle in the corner. Ground line must as wide as possible when pcb circuit card reverse engineering, better choose the copper filled area with large size, which can bring a lot of improvement in the groundling connection.

Some of the issues occurs in the later part of process which is brought by the Printed circuit board design, they include too much through vias, and inferior plated through hole technology. As a result of that, when Duplicate Printed circuit board, designer must avoid the use of cross line hole as much as possible, and the same oriented tracks with high density will cause the soldering issue after PCB card cloning. so the density of tracks must be determined by the solderability craftsmanship. And if the distance of soldering point is too small, the element of capability and efficiency of workman must be taken into consideration.
